COVID-19 Customer Communication

Here at Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Brighton, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are following guidance from the Michigan Occupational Safety Administration (MIOSHA), Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), continuing to take safety measures to disinfect vehicles, bathrooms and entire facilities on a regular basis. We have also implemented actions for our employees to take during the course of their day to ensure that every safety measure is taken to protect themselves and customers. 

Below are a few procedures we’re implementing to ensure your safety and peace of mind is taken care of:

  • Cleaning and sanitization of customer touch point areas, break/lunchroom, bathroom areas and conference rooms frequently. Employees performing cleaning will be issued proper personal protective equipment such as nitrile, latex, or vinyl gloves and gowns, as recommended by the CDC.
  • Sneeze shields or other physical barriers remain in place.
  • Check-in stations offering masks and hand sanitizer to employees and customers.
  • Entry way signs providing details of current order.

Although our Customers, Employees and Vendors are not required to wear face coverings or practice social distancing, Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Brighton recommends that if you have not been fully vaccinated (Defined by the CDC as meaning at least two weeks have passed after receiving the final dose of an FDA-approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccine) that you wear an appropriate face covering and practice social distancing while in the building.

If you are working with one of our professionals and prefer that they wear a mask, please kindly ask them to do so. We will be happy to accommodate your request so that you have the most comfortable experience with us possible.

If you are uncomfortable doing business in our store, we have prepared our staff to assist doing business from your home. Our team has implemented seamless processes to conduct the entire lease or purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle right in the safety of your own home, including detailed video walk arounds and test drives brought to you so you can make your decision in confidence. We have a 24-hour dropbox for our Service and Body Shop customers that can be utilized any time of the day. Simply drop your keys and complete a quick form to get your vehicle serviced or repaired. Upon completion we will secure your vehicle outside without you needing to come inside the dealership.

Moving forward, our team will continue to do everything in our power to make you and your family feel comfortable in our dealership. When you visit, you’ll be met with a warm smile, appropriate greeting, and a sanitary environment.
